HERVÉ DIGNE

Hervé Digne is a key figure in the French cultural landscape, operating at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and the arts. A committed advisor and cultural advocate, he has become an essential voice in fostering dialogue between culture and business. Formerly a senior civil servant and executive in major media institutions (including France Culture and Hachette), he has also served as a cultural advisor to government ministers. Today, he chairs Manifesto, an organization dedicated to supporting contemporary creation and integrating art into urban life. Deeply engaged with the role of culture in public and private spaces, Digne builds bridges between artists, institutions, and the corporate world—guided by a strong belief in experimentation, strategic thinking, and creative freedom.
