En collaboration avec PODA (la Petite Œuvre D’Art), nous avons imaginé une collection unique et exclusive qui redéfinit l’art de collectionner la photographie d’auteur.

La collection Bigaignon x PODA réunit des œuvres originales de cinq de nos artistes – Catherine Balet, Renato D’Agostin, Harold Feinstein, Ralph Gibson et Rémi Noël – dans un format inédit de 9 x 12 cm, soigneusement encadrées et proposées au prix de 59€.

Chaque tirage est présenté dans un élégant coffret blanc, délicatement parfumé de notre fragrance maison, qui fait également office de cadre, prêt à être posé ou exposé.

Cette initiative offre aux amateurs comme aux primo-collectionneurs l’opportunité d’acquérir des tirages fine art, réalisés sous la supervision des artistes, à un prix accessible. Une nouvelle façon d’appréhender la photographie, de la collectionner et de la faire vivre dans son quotidien.

In collaboration with PODA (la Petite Œuvre d’Art), we have imagined a unique and exclusive collection that redefines the art of collecting fine-art photography.

The Bigaignon x PODA collection brings together original works by five of our artists — Catherine Balet, Renato D’Agostin, Harold Feinstein, Ralph Gibson and Rémi Noël — in an unprecedented 9 × 12 cm format, carefully framed and offered at the price of €59.

Each print is presented in an elegant white box, delicately scented with our signature fragrance, which also serves as a frame, ready to be displayed or showcased.

Artiste franco-britannique formée aux Beaux-Arts, Catherine Balet explore les liens entre peinture, image et société, un parcours dont Looking for the Masters in Ricardo’s Golden Shoes marque une étape majeure. Avec cette série, elle revisite les icônes de la photographie pour interroger l’héritage du médium et sa transformation à l’ère contemporaine.

Franco-British artist trained at the Beaux-Arts, Catherine Balet explores the links between painting, photography, and society, a trajectory in which Looking for the Masters in Ricardo’s Golden Shoes stands as a major milestone. With this series, she revisits the icons of photography to question the medium’s heritage and its transformation in the contemporary era.

Né en 1983 à Venise, Renato D’Agostin est un photographe qui développe une écriture argentique contrastée, où l’architecture et la figure humaine se répondent dans une esthétique souvent abstraite. Formé à New York aux côtés de Ralph Gibson, il expose internationalement et voit ses œuvres entrer dans de grandes collections publiques ; depuis 2018, il poursuit en Italie une recherche formelle guidée par l’expérimentation et l’autonomie.

iBorn in 1983 in Venice, Renato D’Agostin is a photographer known for his high-contrast darkroom work, where architecture and the human figure interact in a refined, often abstract visual language. Trained in New York under Ralph Gibson, he exhibits internationally and is represented in major public collections; since 2018, he has continued his experimental, autonomous practice from his studio near Venice.

HAROLD FEINSTEIN

Né en 1931 à Coney Island, Harold Feinstein est un prodige de la photographie humaniste dont les premiers tirages sont acquis par le MoMA alors qu’il n’a pas 20 ans. De ses scènes iconiques de Coney Island à ses scanographies botaniques pionnières, il construit une œuvre profondément sensible et expérimentale, tout en influençant plusieurs générations de photographes par son enseignement.

Born in 1931 on Coney Island, Harold Feinstein was a prodigy of humanist photography, with his first prints acquired by MoMA before he turned 20. From his iconic Coney Island scenes to his pioneering botanical scanography, he built a profoundly sensitive and experimental body of work while influencing generations of photographers through his teaching.

Né en 1939 à Hollywood, Ralph Gibson développe un langage photographique noir et blanc fait de contrastes radicaux et de fragments oniriques. Assistant de Dorothea Lange et collaborateur de Robert Frank, il devient un pionnier de l’édition d’auteur avec Lustrum Press et publie plus de quarante monographies. Ses œuvres sont exposées dans plus de 250 galeries et figurent dans les collections de plus de 200 musées.

Born in 1939 in Hollywood, Ralph Gibson developed a black-and-white photographic language marked by bold contrasts and dreamlike fragments. Assistant to Dorothea Lange and collaborator with Robert Frank, he became a pioneer of photographic book publishing with Lustrum Press and has published over forty monographs. His work has been exhibited in more than 250 galleries and is held in the collections of over 200 museums

Né en 1963, Rémi Noël est un photographe autodidacte qui développe une œuvre en noir et blanc minimaliste, poétique et traversée d’une douce ironie, où l’inattendu surgit souvent dans la simplicité des formes. Voyageur régulier du Texas, qu’il explore comme un territoire mental, et fondateur de la maison d’édition Poetry Wanted, il expose son travail en France et à l’étranger.

Born in 1963, Rémi Noël is a self-taught photographer whose minimalist black-and-white work blends poetry with gentle irony, letting unexpected details emerge from simple forms. A regular traveler through Texas—explored as a mental landscape—and founder of the independent publisher Poetry Wanted, he exhibits his work in France and abroad, notably at Galerie Bigaignon.
