36 vues, Pierre de Vallombreuse

The "36 Views" collection invites a photographer to tell the story of thirty-six of their images, in their own words. This is the story of a little boy who dreamed of being Mowgli. It's the story of a nomadic photographer who lived in the jungle for six years. From Borneo to Rajasthan, passing through Tibet, Pierre de Vallombreuse has lived a thousand lives and documented in images the agony of the last indigenous peoples. He's a man always on the move, but he kindly agreed to set down his camera bags for a moment to tell us the story behind thirty-six of his images. Some have traveled the world like he has, while others are shown here for the first time. You’ll see, no one tells Vallombreuse's story like Vallombreuse!
